Smudge Brush

How to find Smudge Brush:

1. In the Draw Tools bar, tap the three dots
2. Select “Smudge”
3. Draw over your art to see the blur effect 

How to use Smudge Brush:

1. The Smudge Brush will only apply to the layer you are currently drawing on. This powerful tool is great for creating smooth motion in your animations!
2. When using Smudge, you can select different brushes from the list of brushes. You can also alter the size and opacity of the Smudge Brush in the Tool Options bar.
